Hey, I’m Pietro. I used to compete in D1 tennis at Cornell. I spent years training, traveling, and continually striving to improve every season. It taught me how to stay consistent, even when things didn’t feel perfect. That mindset stuck with me.
After I graduated, I didn’t want to stop. I still wanted to train hard, but I didn’t always have access to a gym. So I started building my workouts at home. I filmed them, posted them online, and kept going. That turned into Built From Home.
Now I coach through my app, run Genno Fit, and create workouts that help guys train from anywhere. You don’t need a full gym or fancy equipment. You just need structure and a plan that makes sense.
I still train in my living room. I miss meals sometimes. I keep things simple because that’s what works for me, and that’s what I share in my programs.
